Jerry the International Criminal? Decide for Yourself.

I have traveled to Ukraine twice to work on Andrews' business there setting up computer networks, shooting videotape and similar technical tasks.

For detailed and very interesting information about Ukraine, be sure to visit my site UkraineInsider.com

UPDATE, AUG. 12, 2005: Ukrainian sources report that Jerry and wife Yuliya are both being sought by the police and will be arrested if they return to the country. They also report that Jerry sent Ukrianian women to the Dominican Republic for purposes of prostitution. (Editor's Note: We thought he had only planned to do so.) They are also wanted for laundering $103,000 from the sale of Jerry's Odessa apartment through Yuliya's mother.

On my first trip in January 2004, I took suitcases full of stuff that Jerry wanted to him in Kiev, Ukraine. Jerry had me haul over videos and lots of food as he did not like the quality or selections of local stuff. Among the items was $9,500 in cash and jewelry for his girlfriend. He told me to declare the cash but wasn't clear what I should do about the jewelry. Upon arriving in Kiev I had to fill out a customs declaration that asked about jewelry. Here I am in a third-world foreign country for the first time. I was not about to lie and get arrested for a customs violation. After you fill out the form you go to another area of the terminal and all baggage gets put through a big xray machine. Obviously, customs knows what jewelry looks like. There were 3 women's Rolex watches, a diamond necklace and a couple of gold bracelets with diamonds.

Customs wanted $1,000 in cash for the tariff on the jewelry. I talked them down to $500. It took over an hour to do the paperwork and the cashier's office closed immediately afterwards.

I tell Jerry what happened and he has a fit. He tells me that the Rolex watches are fakes. (As if Customs is going to believe that, and if they did, maybe I'd get arrested to bringing in counterfeit goods.) He demands that I go back into customs and get his money back. Like the great Jerry Andrews shouldn't have to pay customs duties on thousands of dollars worth of jewelry.

Customs tells me that they can tear up the customs declaration and give me the money back. The downside is that they would then arrest me for smuggling.

Needless to say, Jerry did not get his money back. He was not happy, but he calmed down a bit when I got the chance to explain to him all the jewelry items I had. He said he had forgotten about those and thought the $500 was just for the watches. However, he didn't want me to declare the jewelry. Of course, if I didn't declare it and got in trouble, I would have been blamed for not declaring it.

It was during my last trip of one month in May and June of 2004 that I discovered what he was really up to.

Mr. Andrews owned and operated a business called Executive Services of Ukraine. The web url is www.esukr.com. (Update May 2005: The site has disappeared as has the site for the Scrub Club. Update: June 2005 there is a new site for the Scrub Club.) There was an office in Kyiv and an office in Odessa. The Kyiv office has been closed and a couple of months later the Odessa office was also closed. The Odessa office was located at Gogolya Street 10 in Odessa. Odessa presentation at the Palladium. Blowing $25,000. Jerry and Yuliya on stage.

The business was in the name of his girlfriend, an attorney named Yuliya Tomylik. In the operation of this company they repeatedly violated Ukraine employment law. If they had the necessary permits to operate a marriage agency and modeling agency is unknown to me. An attorney named Michael was also involved in the operation of the business, but I do not believe he participated in anything illegal.

Jerry and dumped fiance Alfiya Michael was also involved in the sale of the apartment in Odessa that Jerry had purchased in the name of Yuliya Tomylik, but he did not profit from this transaction. The apartment was recently sold for $98,000. Although it is easy to get money into the Ukraine, it is pretty difficult to get it out. Currently Andrews is working on some scheme to smuggle the 98 grand out of the Ukraine. UPDATE: Jerry took six girls from the club to vacation in Orlando, though they had to pay their own way and then some. If anyone would like to know what it would be like to vacation with Adolph Hitler, they should spend a week with Jerry. Heard that Jerry purchased a $25,000 diamond ring and $6,000 pair of earrings for Yuliya in Orlando on a credit card. Now, I would bet this is Yuliya's Visa debit card for her account in the Ukraine, where the money from the apartment sale is. Yea, that is one way to get the money out of the country. Just spend the money and then liquidate the jewelry when you need to. Personally, I would just buy gold or platinum.

Mr. Andrews also directed Yuliya to commit visa fraud in order to obtain a visa to visit the United States with him, along with another women from Kyiv who was his fiancée at the time named Alfiya. He used Alfiya to sign the lease for the Kyiv office which was at Krasnoarmeyskay (Bolshay Vasilkovskay) St. 27 Suite 10

Mr. Andrews wanted to purchase an apartment in Odessa and used Yuliya to do so. Andrews is a master manipulator of women and he uses them to carry out transactions and do his dirty work. He provided Yuliya with fake documentation showing she made $6,000 per month. She then applied for a bank loan at an Odessa bank. I do not know the name of the bank, but it was a major downtown bank in Odessa. Most of the money for the business was wired to her from the U.S. business which perhaps made it appear she had a large income, but all the money was Andrews and intended to run the business. In the month I was there he spent in excess of $75,000. Ultimately the bank loan was not granted and he had to move $70,000 or more from the Key West club to the Ukraine to complete the purchase of the apartment as he did not want to lose his $8,000 deposit. He has subsequently sold the apartment and is now trying to get the money out of the country. I do not know what scheme he is trying, but the general manager of the club resigned as he didn't want to have any part of it.

Although I do not know the address of the apartment, it is just a short distance from the office at the end of Gogolya Street across from the bank that looks like a castle. Yulyia in Odessa, Ukraine

The biggest issue is a number of meetings Andrews had with his staff in Odessa, including one with about 8 people, where he discussed his plan to recruit women from the Ukraine, through ESU, who would travel to the Dominican Republic and stay in villas Andrews was buying or renting there. These villas would then be rented to wealthy Americans and others and would include the sexual services of the women. Andrews claimed this was legal in the Dominican Republic and Ukraine, but I told him I could not believe it was legal in Ukraine, or that Ukraine would appreciate such a scheme, especially in light of Ukraine's interest in being considered a respectable entrant to the European Union.

Odessa office with a $2,000 sign, with spelling mistakes, another stupid Jerry trick. Much of the wording on the overhead part of the sign is covered up as it seems the translations are wrong and imply that prostitution is available inside. Andrews told me and members of his staff that he had purchased the cooperation of Ukrainian security services and he could do anything he wanted. We all seriously doubted this was true as we all know he is a braggart and liar. During large presentations that he gave in Kyiv before a couple of hundred people and Odessa before 500 people he told so many lies all I could do was shake my head in disbelief.

Andrews spent about $25,000 on each presentation, plus tens of thousands more on overhead and other expenses. He blows thousands on a few models whose pants he wants to get into. (He doesn't though.) I would love to do a critique on his business skills or lack thereof and his absurd management style, but to keep this from getting too long, I will stick to crimes and fraud. There are also many instances that show what a jerk he is, but I will spare the reader from that, except for a couple of things.

All the while he is doing all these things, both at home and in the office, he routinely called Ukrainians "white niggers." He constantly accused them of being thieves and lazy. He told countless stories of how he was ripped off by them and how other Americans and businesses were ripped off and driven out of the country. He mainly said all this to his American friends and employees, but he also made these statements repeatedly in front of Yuliya who would never say a word. He even said it to other Ukrainian employees on occasion.

One other thing I have to mention. Andrews and Yuliya were supposed to fly back to Odessa to fire a bunch of employees and pick up the money that was being wired from the club to pay for the apartment in Odessa. At the very last minute Jerry decided not to fly to Odessa. I had taken the train from Kyiv (or Kiev) the day before. There was really no reason for him to stay in Kiev, except for one. Andrews at heart is a coward and he always has other people do his dirty work whenever possible. He simply chickened out going to Odessa to fire a bunch of people. He also left it up to Yuliya to get the money to pay the balance on the apartment before he lost his deposit. The money was wired to her bank account, and as other people knew about it, he left Yuliya in harm's way. People were following her and other things were going on, so she had to call the police in Odessa and get their help. Jerry of course kept his cowardly fat ass in Kiev.

Probably one saving grace that kept anything from happening to Yuliya is that the ownership of guns is strictly prohibited for individuals. They are very hard to get. There is a booming market in tear gas and pellet guns though.

Then, just two weeks or so after the presentation in Kiev, after the visas were granted, he leaves the Ukraine on vacation with his girlfriends. I returned to Odessa from Kiev for about a week following the presentation in Kiev. About one week after I flew back to the U.S., Jerry leaves. Mind you, he just spent a small fortune to launch a business there, making commitments to lots of people, and he just gets up and leaves. It did not take long for things there to fall apart.

Holding up the world, on a building on Gogolya Street in Odessa near the ESU office. Upon his return to the U.S. in mid June, I know he had his secretary at the club work on certain aspects of this prostitution scheme, which also makes it a federal criminal conspiracy. In the U.S. a federal conspiracy only requires one overt act in its furtherance.

I am no longer in Mr. Andrews employ and do not know its current status. I handled various technical tasks and did not have any management responsibilities. I do know that someone else in Ukraine is doing this exact same thing.

As I mentioned, Andrews had Yuliya provide fabricated and false information on a visa application claiming to be coming to the U.S. for medical training purposes. He got this idea from an American he met who sends Ukrainian doctors to the U.S. to work as nurses and improve their medical training while making much more money than they can at home. I believe Alfiya came on a fiancée visa. At least that is what they had been working on prior to the trip.

Another picture of Alfiya in the kitchen of their apartment. At some point Andrews decided not to marry Alfiya but brought both of them to the U.S. in mid June to vacation with him. (He had been banging Yuliya long before he finally broke up with Alfiya.) They all went to tourist attractions in Orlando. Andrews had a final breakup with Alfiya who then returned to Kyiv and stole everything from the apartment (37 Topolova Number 4) she shared with Andrews. Jerry reported this to the police there and tried to obtain a warrant for her arrest.

They drove across the country visiting tourist attractions and went to California to visit more tourist attractions. Yuliya is still in the United States. Andrews and Yuliya went to Las Vegas a couple of times, and the second time there, according to them were married.

Getting an Ukrainian woman into the United States for a visit or a vacation is extremely difficult if not impossible, and it also takes a considerable amount of time. Andrews was able to circumvent the law and unfairly speed up the process by helping Yuliya in providing false information and documents. I do not know immigration law, but I do not see how getting a woman here by fraud and then claiming she should get to stay because of marriage can be legal, ethical, or fair.

Andrews recently used Heidi Davis to purchase a house in Littleton, Colorado and is residing there with Yuliya. He did this and other transactions in the name of an ex-girlfriend who resided in Colorado for a long time and is now in San Diego, CA, named Heidi Davis. More about the entire Colorado saga is elsewhere on this site.
